Tsakli are Tibetan Buddhist miniature paintings, which were used by wandering monks moving from one monastery to another. The monk would carefully arrange the paintings on ground in the form of a mandala, this action created a sacred space where they could evoke Buddhist deities. This beautifully painted Tsakli was made in Tibet over a century ago by a talented, and devoted Buddhist artisan.
