Placing OrdersHow do I place an order?
Add items to your basket and complete your checkout on Pagodared.com. You can also place an order over the phone by calling 888-878-8628.
We do ship internationally, but require you to place an order over the phone (888-878-8628) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org). In order to provide you the best shipping price, we’ll obtain a custom quote based on your order and delivery destination.
All prices displayed are in US dollars ($) and are subject to change at any time.
Colors on our website are shown as accurately as possible. However, variations in color depend on your monitor, so we cannot guarantee exact matches. If you have any questions regarding color, or anything else, please call us at 888-878-8628.
All items are measured to the nearest quarter inch, rounding up if necessary. All items are weighed to the nearest pound, rounding up if necessary. Items weighing less than one pound are shown at one pound.

Pagoda Red works diligently to ship your items as quickly as possible, usually within five business days for non-furniture items, and within ten business days for furniture. We ship items as quickly as we can, typically within five business days for small items and within ten business days for furniture. During checkout, you’ll see shipping options based on your order and zip code. Small items usually ship UPS or equivalent carrier; furniture and other large items will be delivered with White Glove service, placed in your home and assembled if necessary. All packing materials will be removed. If your shipping address is outside the contiguous United States, we’ll use an international carrier.

ReturnsHow do I return an item?
We stand behind our items and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Information on returns is located here.
Please contact us at 888-878-8628 within 24 hours with your order number. Once your order has shipped, you’ll need to follow the steps to complete a return.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the item has been received. Once we receive your merchandise and confirm it’s in showroom condition with original packaging and tags, we’ll issue your refund. We’ll provide a credit back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Refunds typically appear on your credit card statement in one to two billing periods.

All orders are transmitted over secure Internet connections using SSL encryption technology. Your personal information, including your credit card information and sign-in password, is stored in encrypted formats at all times. We do not share your information with third parties.

Sales tax is calculated on the merchandise total, identified as Subtotal on your order summary. All sales tax is collected based on the laws and regulations of the state or province indicated in the shipping address. Pagoda Red collects tax only in the state of Illinois.
