"Blue Veil" Mosaic by Toyoharu Kii

Renowned mosaic artist Toyoharu Kii created this beautifully, serene mosaic called "Blue Veil" out of glass and marble tesserae. He is a man of culture who mastered Ancestral Japanese writing and trained in Tokyo and Italy. Although these experiences shaped his work, he spent his career pushing the boundaries of this ancient art form to create compositions that inspire new explorations into the medium.
