Hand-carved over one hundred years ago, this table flows like a ribbon, rounding the bend to form legs that end in gracefully curved feet. On each of its bench-style legs, a carved ruyi promises good fortune. This table would have originally been prized as a select musician's stand on which to play the qin, a traditional Chinese string instrument. We love the bold contours, graphic use of negative space, and history carried forward that make this table timeless.

What They're Saying

Elizabeth Krueger | Elizabeth Krueger Design

“PAGODA RED was extremely supportive in helping to pull accessory options together for the Lake Forest Showhouse. After providing them with details and our vision on how we were looking to finish our space, Laurene helped curate options that made it easy for us to edit and finalize. It's also no surprise that the unique pieces we used in our showhouse space were some of the first to sell.”
